Family
Weekend

All activities will be held at UCG Tulsa.

The United Church of God Tulsa congregation invites you to join us for our 9th annual Tulsa Regional Family Weekend on November 13th through 15th! We are excited to continue this wonderful regional event of learning, fellowship, family, breaking bread, dancing, games, and laughter. Join us as we come together and celebrate the great hope that lies within; strengthening our spiritual family by bonding existing relationships, forging new ones, and together growing in faith and understanding.

The Tulsa Regional Family Weekend is three days, one incredible weekend.

The fellowship kicks off Friday evening with our opening Social, featuring heavy hors d’oeuvres, delectable sweets, and plenty of time to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. During the evening, teens and young adults will also have opportunities to gather separately, begin new friendships, and renew old ones.

The Sabbath daytime brings learning, growing, and even more fellowship. Our first seminar, Sabbath School, and teen Bible study run simultaneously. After feeding the mind, we’ll provide some energy for the body with a delicious lunch prepared and served by the Tulsa congregation. Following lunch and additional fellowship, we’ll gather together for the Holy Convocation.

After the Sabbath is over, don your best and join us in the transformed auditorium for a delicious multi-course dinner. A live jazz band will set the tone for our semi-formal evening, and before their final set concludes, the dance floor will open! The evening continues with music for all ages. Swing your partner, enjoy a slow dance, or get your groove on as our DJ keeps the music going.

On Sunday, arrive early and bring your appetite! A full breakfast buffet will be provided as we continue forging deeper relationships within the family of God. Coffee lovers can place an order with our trained barista for a handcrafted coffee drink. After breakfast, our second seminar will be conducted in the social hall. Throughout the day, enjoy sports, family games, dominoes, cornhole, a children’s bounce house, and much more.

After a delicious lunch, activities and fellowship wrap up at 3pm. We then say our goodbyes as we conclude three days, one incredible weekend.

Please register by Sunday, November 1st so we can plan seating, meals, and activities. We are looking forward to seeing you at the Tulsa Regional Family Weekend!
